Husky Hikes

During the warmer months of the year, when the huskies are resting from running in harness, we spend a lot of time hiking in the lush pine woods and northern mountains. Let us take you along on a hike through the nordic wilderness and lakes . Exploring nature along with furry friends is a wonderful day to spend time.

We will meet up at our kennel where you get a quick introduction of the dogs, how they life and of our lifestyle. Before we head out for our hike we will supply you with a special walking belt and bungee leash - and of course a dog to take care of.

Mid-hike we will take a short break and enjoy a Swedish Fika before heading back towards the kennel. 

On the Half Day and Full Day adventure, we might sometimes meet up at a different location, depending on the difficulty level you request when booking a hike with us. These hikes also include lunch/dinner, depending on which hike you've chosen.

Please note that small children won't get to have a dog of their own, for safety reasons. Our dogs are trained to walk in front and with a slight pull even when on leash - and they are strong. Tour lenghts can be adjusted to smaller kids.
